The Easter Bunny will be back for more fun this year in Jubilee Park, Rendlesham from 12:00 - 16:30 on Thursday 6th April.
Special Guest appearance from Rendlesham's very own Easter Bunny as well as an Egg-citing book reading from Jacqui Frost with her new book “Mandla the Lion Cub who found her way” (Co Written by Luke Read and Illustrated by Jessica Presland).
Join us on our “Mandla the Lion Cub who found her way" inspired Scavenger Hunt around Jubilee Park by collecting clues on the day, then come to the Pavilion to claim your Chocolate Egg.
Thank you Costcutter on Walnut Tree Avenue for your continued support in our community events by supplying yummy chocolate eggs. The Parish Council have accounted for dietary requirements.
(Surrounding villages are more than welcome to come along and attend this event but please note Chocolate Easter Eggs are only for residents of Rendlesham).
Rendlesham's Pop up Coffee Shop will be on hand with Hot chocolate and Hot Crossed buns for little ones. They will also be offering a selection of hot drinks, syrups and cakes.
We will be hosting a Easter Bonnet competition -We are encouraging all of your crafty children/families out their to create an Easter Bonnet at home. This does not have to be an expensive activity and can be made from card, a straw hat or anything you can get your hands on (we're not fussy!). Best hats will receive a chocolate prize. (open to all)
