Who are Healthwatch Norfolk and Healthwatch Suffolk?
Healthwatch Norfolk and Healthwatch Suffolk are the independent voices for patients and health or social care service users in Norfolk and Suffolk. They seek to gather your views on health and social care services in these counties to ensure your voices are heard by the people in charge.
For more information about what they do, visit their websites: www.healthwatchnorfolk.co.uk and www.healthwatchsuffolk.co.uk.
What is the aim of this survey?
This survey is for residents living in Norfolk or Suffolk who have had a cancer diagnosis, referral and/or treatment since March 2020.
HW Norfolk and Suffolk are working with the Norfolk & Waveney Health and Care Partnership and NHS Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group to look into whether patients affected by cancer have been able to access virtual appointments (for example by telephone or video call) since the start of the Covid lockdowns.
HW Norfolk and Suffolk understand that it is not always easy to answer questions about your own health, so really appreciate you taking the time to share your views with them.
If you are a carer of someone who has had a cancer diagnosis, referral and/or treatment, you can complete this survey on their behalf.
